When will my order ship?
All of our orders are shipped with USPS. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We try our best to ship your order within 2-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S Holidays. We DO ship internationally, but we are NOT responsible for extra custom and duty fees that some countries require. After your package leaves us, we are no longer responsible for it. Please contact USPS directly with any tracking inquiries.
When will I receive my order?
USA- 2-5 Business Days after your order has been processed.
Internationally- 10-15 business days, which does not include any time spent at customs/border inspection facilities.
Please note this is a time frame and an estimate by USPS. If you have any questions regarding your package please contact them directly.
Do you offer makeup artist pro discounts?
No, at this time we do not.
Do you work with beauty bloggers or give out products promotionally?
We love to hear feedback from the beauty community. However, we do not give out free promotional products.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty free and not tested on animals. All of our products are made in the USA.
Do your lipstick products expire?
Like all beauty products, our lipsticks do have an expiration date. Our products are good for 12 months.
Do you have free samples?
No, at this time we do not have free samples.
Refund and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns on our beauty products. If there was an issue with your order, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
